Synopsis
In the film 'Hastey Hastey - Follow Your Heart' Neel played by Jimmy Sheirgill is a brilliant student at the Columbia University and pretty Maya played by Nisha Rawal is the girl whom he loves the most. Both are on the verge of planning to start a new life together in New York. Sunny Malhotra played by Rajpal Yadav is Neel’s roommate, teammate and best friend. Academically challenged and a big flirt, Sunny gets himself involved in a series of hilarious situations with his American love Tina played by Sarah Thomas.
Just when Neel's life seems to be settled, he accepts a good prospect job that requires him to go to India to set up a business. This decesion is against Maya’s wishes but still Neel travels to India with Sunny.
Tanvi played by Monishka is a young executive who goes out of her way and provides great help to Neel and his teamates in India. Attractive & aggressive Tanvi gets instantly attracted towards Neel and she tries her best to win Neel's heart. But Neel being deeply in love with Maya rejects the proposal of Tanvi. Tanvi is unhappy with Neel's decesion and wants to take a revenge. She creates a trap for Neel which leads him into deep trouble, both professionally and personally.
